When you submit the free case review form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property city or ZIP code, claim type, the description you write, and your acknowledgment. We also record the page you submitted from, the time, and your IP address to prevent abuse.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the firm can help with your claim, and contact you by phone, text or email about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it outside the firm except with service providers that host this website and deliver email, or where required by law.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting. The deadline calculator stores the dates you enter only in your own browser's local storage so they are there when you return; they are not sent to us. This site does not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
Form submissions are stored in a protected location on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and may also be delivered by email to the firm's intake staff. We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and to meet the firm's professional record-keeping obligations.
Confidentiality
